Propaganda
is an influential source of information for society, however propaganda often
has its own agenda based, not on what is best for society necessarily, but more
so on what gatekeepers, the media or the government, choose to feed society with.
This agenda often appears to lead to a place of idealism and good intentions,
from society’s point of view, however the reality may not be so idyllic.
Propaganda often uses language and imagery to its advantage, exploiting the
power of manipulation that language can be used for, as well as its ability to
be subtle and precise.
